Last Updated: 2026
Welcome to the QA Management Solutions Inc. (“QAMSI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) training and compliance portal hosted via Thinkific. By creating an account, accessing, purchasing, or viewing any materials, courses, or content on this site, you (“User” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access this platform.
1. Structure of Content on this Platform
This platform hosts two distinct categories of materials:
Public / Commercial Training Courses: Educational courses and standardized compliance training developed and owned exclusively by QAMSI for purchase or access by individual users or organizations.
Client-Specific Proprietary Portals & Materials: Custom compliance manuals, operational workflows, and facility-specific training hosted on behalf of specific corporate clients (“Corporate Clients”) pursuant to separate consulting and service agreements.
2. User Accounts and Access Credentials
Single-User License: Access to each course or module is granted exclusively to the designated individual user account. Account credentials, logins, and passwords may not be shared, pooled, transferred, or assigned to any other person or employee.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. QAMSI reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts suspected of credential sharing or unauthorized multi-user access without refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Acceptable Use
Public & Standardized Courseware: All videos, audio, text, diagrams, assessment questions, frameworks, checklists, and downloadable resources in public/commercial courses are the exclusive intellectual property of QAMSI. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the materials for your individual professional development. You shall not screen-record, rip, download (except where expressly designated as a downloadable tool), scrape, broadcast, distribute, or use any materials to train AI/machine learning models without prior written consent.
Client-Specific / Corporate Materials: If your account has been provisioned to access client-specific operational manuals, safe operating procedures (SOPs), or internal compliance content, you acknowledge that all plant layouts, operating thresholds, equipment tag data, and facility-specific manuals remain the confidential and proprietary property of the respective Corporate Client. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and use it solely for your assigned operational duties for that facility.
4. Technical, Engineering, and Regulatory Disclaimer
Educational & Advisory Purposes Only: All courses, assessments, guidance documents, and compliance tools provided on this platform are for educational, technical reference, and training purposes only.
No Operational Supersedence: Materials on this platform do not supersede, replace, or relieve any individual or facility from compliance with mandatory provincial or federal safety statutes (including ABSA, ASME, CSA, and related authorities), site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), or manufacturer operating limits.
No Statutory Certification: Unless explicitly stated in writing for a specifically certified program, completion of a module does not confer a statutory license, professional designation, or regulatory certification. Employers retain sole responsibility for determining the formal competency of their personnel.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAMSI and its personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of production, plant shutdowns, equipment damage, personal injury, environmental incidents, or regulatory penalties arising from the application or misapplication of concepts presented on this platform.
QAMSI’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of a purchased course or platform access shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by You (or by Your employer on your behalf) for access to the specific course giving rise to the claim.
6. Termination of Access
QAMSI reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms of Use or if the underlying corporate agreement governing your client portal expires or terminates.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any legal proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta.
